(Agreement No. A-2025-XXX) GOVERNMENT CODE 484308 APPLIES: Yes DISCUSSION The Police Department is seeking to procure data visualization and analytics services via Peregrine Technologies' cloud -based platform. This system will significantly improve the Police Department's efficiency and effectiveness in several ways. Advanced Search Tool The Peregrine system will aggregate data from a variety of sources to provide a unified search tool. This will allow results to come from several internal systems at once. As an example, a detective can review a case and obtain crime report information from the Records Management System (RMS) alongside booking information from the Jail Management System (JMS) and body -worn camera footage from the digital evidence system. This aggregation process will also collate and link information from different systems. All of this will enhance the Police Department's ability to solve crimes.
