CASA shall not be permitted to post any material that is prohibited by State law or <br />the City Charter. <br /> Use of City Facilities. The City shall allow CASA to conduct meetings in the City’s public <br />meeting rooms during non-working hours provided such meetings are scheduled in <br />accordance with regulations governing the use of public meeting rooms at City facilities; <br />provided, however, CASA shall not be permitted to use City facilities to discuss or present <br />any matter that is prohibited by State law or the City Charter. <br /> <br />17.5
