Upon ratification and approval of dues collection by Association <br />membership, the City shall deduct dues, on a regular basis, from the pay of all employees <br />recognized to be represented by CASA, who voluntarily authorize such deduction, in <br />writing, on a form to be provided for this purpose by the City. The City shall remit such <br />funds to CASA within thirty (30) calendar days following their deduction. Provisions for <br />such dues deduction shall be included in future MOUs should CASA members elect to <br />authorize the deduction. <br /> <br />18.1
