In the event the Recipient’s indirect cost rate changes, the Recipient will notify <br />FHWA of the planned adjustment and provide supporting documentation for such adjustment. This Indirect <br />Cost provision does not operate to waive the limitations on Federal funding provided in this document. The <br />Recipient’s indirect costs are allowable only insofar as they do not cause the Recipient to exceed the total <br />obligated funding. <br />
