Consultant hereby accepts this <br /> amendment to the aforementioned Side Letter Agreements to complete the services, per the October 29, <br /> 2025 proposal (attached as Exhibit A to this Letter Agreement),by November 7, 2028. Compensation is <br /> subject to Section 2 of the Agreement and the total compensation for this assignment shall be increased by <br /> an additional $100,000. The aggregate amount of this Side Letter Agreement, including any amounts <br /> expended under Side Letter Agreements 1 and 3, shall not exceed $393,918.60.
