(Rincon) to provide the City of Santa Ana historic preservation <br />contract planning services. Rincon is currently under contract to provide said services; however, the contract <br />funds will be depleted by the end of 2025. Rincon understands the City of Santa Ana would like to continue to <br />receive historic preservation contract planning services on an as -needed basis. Below is a brief scope of work, <br />timeline, and cost for the services requested. <br />Scope <br />Rincon will provide at least one contract planner to provide staff augmentation services on an as -needed basis <br />for up to 30 hours per month. All work will be completed remotely, unless the City of Santa Ana requests in - <br />person services for a maximum of one day per week. Duties of the contract planner may include those previousEy <br />identified under Agreement No. 2023-194-21C. <br />Timeline <br />The termination date of the contract remains November 7, 2028.
