(Rincon) to provide the City of Santa Ana historic preservation <br /> contract planning services. Rincon is currently under contract to provide said services; however, the contract <br /> funds will be depleted by the end of 2025. Rincon understands the City of Santa Ana would like to continue to <br /> receive historic preservation contract planning services on an as-needed basis. Below is a brief scope of work, <br /> timeline,and cost for the services requested. <br /> Scope <br /> Rincon will provide at least one contract planner to provide staff augmentation services on an as-needed basis <br /> for up to 30 hours per month. All work will be completed remotely, unless the City of Santa Ana requests in- <br /> person services for a maximum of one day per week.
