ARTICLE XVII <br /> 17.0 CONTROLLED PARKING AND TAKE HOME VEHICLE PRIVILEGES <br /> 17.1 Parking.The City shall provide non-sworn employees with free parking for personal vehicles <br /> during on-duty hours in controlled parking facilities in the Civic Center area. <br /> 17.2 Take Home Vehicle.
