ARTICLE XV <br /> 15.0 TECHNOLOGY STIPEND <br /> 15.1 The City shall provide a one hundred dollar ($100) per month Electronic Device Stipend <br /> ("Stipend")for those Association employees whose positions require the regular use of a cell <br /> phone and/or tablet and who choose to use their own personal devices for business-related <br /> conversations and activities. These employees may be eligible to receive a Stipend to <br /> compensate for business-related costs incurred while using their individually-owned <br /> electronic devices.Eligibility for the stipend requires the employee to return to the City any <br /> City issued electronic device(s) for which the employee will be substituting their personal <br /> device. <br /> 45 <br />
