URTA, LLC staff members have provided over <br />18 CSTI Certified G-626 courses virtually or in person in the classroom. <br />URTA, LLC brings a wealth of experience to exercises as all of our staff are qualified Incident <br />Management Team members in Command or General Staff of Type 1 or 2 Incident Management Teams <br />and have been Emergency Managers for the agencies they worked for. We also have trained and <br />exercised EOCs across the country. This advantage allows us to understand the responsibilities, needs, <br />and priorities of the Anaheim and Santa Ana staff members. <br />URTA, LLC staff members have response and Emergency Management experience as city, county, state, <br />and federal responders for agencies in Southern California. We also have national disaster response <br />experience, including hurricanes, wildfires, Fentynal Crisis and Covid 19. Our backgrounds include <br />training and experience in hazmat, transportation, earthquake, mass casualty, and active shooter <br />incidents. Our experience provides us with an advantage when it comes to understanding emergencies <br />and disasters in Southern California. URTA, LLC does not employ the use of 1099 Independent <br />Contractors as part of maintaining compliance with California AB 5. <br />URTA, LLC looks forward to the opportunity of working with the Cities Anaheim and Santa Ana as part of <br />your training program. <br />qed <br />For: <br />R.
