EURTA <br />Utility Response Training Associates — <br />b. Services Provided <br />Utility Response Training Associates, LLC <br />URTA, LLC will provide up to ten CSTI Certified G-626 courses, The first class will be no later than October <br />16, 2028. <br />• Number of Deliveries Being Requested: Up to 10 <br />• Number of Students per Delivery: Minimum of 16 students <br />URTA will provide: <br />• Two CSTI Certified Instructors <br />• All course printed materials <br />• A laptop with course presentation materials on it. <br />• URTA maintains several staff members in Southern California to support City training. We can <br />also meet in person or virtually on short notice. <br />Assumptions <br />The City of Santa Ana and the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area City will provide: <br />• Classroom with space to arrange students in groups. <br />• Audio/Visual Equipment <br />• Multiple easels, dry erase board, and markers <br />• Responsibilities of the Training Provider: <br />• Classroom logistics to City desired standards to include drinking water, coffee and any other <br />normal materials. <br />c. Agreement Statement <br />URTA, LLC agrees with the terms and conditions contained in the Sample Agreement. <br />d. Firm and Team Experience <br />i. Company Information <br />URTA, LLC, Utility Response Training Associates, LLC, also DBA as Unified Response Training Associates, <br />LLC formed in August 2016 to bring a diverse group of ICS Instructors together under one roof. URTA <br />started with five Partners and has expanded to fifteen Partners currently. All Partners supporting the <br />project are CSTI Certified. URTA Partners are well -experienced responders, incident and emergency <br />managers, and instructors. <br />URTA, LLC brings a wealth of experience to exercises as all of our staff are qualified Incident <br />Management Team members in Command or General Staff of Type 1 or 2 Incident Management Teams. <br />This advantage allows us to understand the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the Santa Ana <br />AHIMT members. <br />URTA, LLC has delivered over 18 CSTI Certified G-626 courses since 2020. <br />URTALLC- P.O.
