The project is expected to have no or minimal <br />impact for drop-off and pick-up activities. <br />On-site circulation appears efficient and safe without unnecessary bottlenecks. In <br />general, the likelihoods of on-site congestion and traffic queue are low. The site plan is <br />subject to review and approval by the Fire Department, Planning Department and Traffic <br />Engineer. <br />The project is screened out from VMT assessment. The project can be assumed to <br />have no or less than significant VMT impact.
