CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> 3. The user interface includes payment information as well as parking citation specific <br /> information. It will include the fields listed below, including the validations for each field. <br /> Ticket Information: <br /> • Citation number- all City tickets begin with "PC" and have a unique 6 digit <br /> identifier that follows. <br /> • Date-the date the citation was issued <br /> • Amount- the amount of the parking ticket. <br /> Vehicle: <br /> • Vehicle License number <br /> • State (state of vehicle's license plate) - in two letter format. <br /> Contact Information: <br /> • Name <br /> • Address <br /> • Phone- should include an input mask or validation that does not allow users to <br /> enter an invalid number. <br /> Payment Information: <br /> • Credit Card Type- Choices are VISA or MasterCard. <br /> • Credit Card number <br /> • Expiration Date <br /> • Name on Card <br /> Turbo Data will be required to input a phone number for each citation when available <br /> within the notes section of each citation on the user interface. Credit card information <br /> will not be required to be stored. <br /> 4. Be able to develop a custom interface with City payment system, iNovah, to provide <br /> for the ability of City cashiers to accept payment of parking citations, process refunds <br /> and to process NSFs. <br /> B. CITATION PROCESSING SERVICES <br /> 1. Data Entry from Handwritten Citations. <br /> a. Receive and date stamp weekly batches of all handwritten citations sent by City; <br /> b. Enter citation information into the database; <br /> c. Batch, record, and verify receipt of all manual citations within two (2) business <br /> days; <br /> d. Edit capability to correct dates, duplicate citations, violation codes and fine <br /> amounts; <br /> e. System for filing/storing citations in easily retrievable format for a minimum of <br /> two (2) years and then dispose in accordance with City direction. <br /> 2. Automated Transfer and Upload of citations issued by the mobile computing device. <br /> a. Loading of batch files immediately upon transfer; <br /> b. Edit capability to correct dates, duplicate citations, violation codes, and fine <br /> amounts; <br /> c. System to promptly notify City regarding citations unable to be entered for any <br /> reason (no violation code, unreadable license, etc.) <br />
