Our professional staff is paid a <br /> highly competitive direct wage which typically ranges between $40.00 and$65.00 per <br /> hour based on the position. Constellation Culinary Group incurs significant costs related <br /> to scheduling, training, uniforms, insurance, payroll related taxes, and providing other <br /> benefits, all of which, in addition to the direct wages paid to the staff, were used to <br /> determine this fee.
