Birch <br />Street and 2424 N. Oakmont Avenue <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the attached Mills Act agreements <br />with the below -referenced property owners for the identified structures (Agreements No. <br />A-2026-XXX and No. A-2026-XXX).
