Additionally, for many years,these nominees,have served <br /> 8 the Santa Ana community well and have contributed to the public's safety in a unique and <br /> 9 meaningful way. I have no doubt the above listed officers will excel in the FBI National <br /> Academy and make a meaningful impact." <br /> 10 <br /> 11 95. However,as further discussed below, Valentin's correspondence-listing Rodriguez first in <br /> 12 order- failed to mention that earlier that same day,a Notice of Confidential Administrative Investigation <br /> 13 (""Notice")had been served on MORENO acknowledging receipt of his May 24, 2023 complaint against <br /> 14 Rodriguez for serious misconduct. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 T. MORENO Continued to Disclose/Complain. <br /> 17 96. As referenced above, on August 15, 2023, MORE NO served his California Civil Rights <br /> 18 Department Complaint on CrrY. <br /> 19 U. CITY Continued to Retaliate. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 97.
