Hall <br /> <br />April 7, 2026 <br />Granicus, LLC. <br />Attention: Ms. Bernadette Foley <br />1152 15th Street NW <br />Washington DC 20005 <br /> <br />Re: Extension of Agreement No. A-2021-079 to Provide an Automated Agenda <br />Management System <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 3 (“Term”) of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by Prime Government <br />Solutions, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 1, 2021, and assumed by Granicus, LLC as part of <br />the acquisition of Rock Solid1 in 2022, the parties hereby exercise their option to extend the term of the <br />Agreement for an additional and final one year through May 31, 2027. Any insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
