Proposals <br />shall not exceed the total available funds as published on a quarterly basis in the Housing Division <br />Quarterly Report. The Housing Division Quaterly Reports will be added to the RFP on PlanetBids via <br />addenda. <br /> <br />D. Proposal Deadlines <br />Responses to this RFP will be accepted and evaluated on an on-going basis for at least one (1) year <br />with four (4) quarterly deadlines to submit a proposal scheduled throughout the year . After each <br />quarterly deadline, the City will evaluate the proposals as further described in Section XI.
