Brower and I conducted an interview with <br /> who had been identified as an SADF inmate being housed within the same cell as <br /> (D18) for the three (3) months and one (1) week prior to our interview.Upon being <br />questioned, told us that he had infrequent contact with , to whom he referred by <br />the initials while exchanging casual greetings/conversation.He knew nothing, <br />however, of personal life and described him as having been liked by all. went <br />on to tell us that he last spoke to on the afternoon prior to his death concerning a <br />flooding issue occurring in cell.During this contact, was cleaning his cell and <br />provided no information related to depression and/or problems he had which may have <br />attributed to his demise. <br />At approximately 0637 hours, we concluded our interview with . <br />At approximately 0637 hours, DA Inv. Brower and I conducted an interview with <br /> who had been identified as an SADF inmate being housed within the cell identified <br />by the characters D19 since 01/24/20.Upon being questioned about , told us <br />that he had frequent contact with him since the beginning of his ( stay in the module <br />approximately one (1) month prior to our interview.During their conversations, <br />learned that suffered several difficulties in his life inclusive of the recent passing of his <br />( mother and brother. went on to describe <br /> <br /> , <br /> . <br /> <br /> . learned of medical incident by way of <br />viewing the activity at his cell door, of which he ( ) had a clear view from his <br />cell. possessed no additional information in regard to death. <br />At approximately 0646 hours, we concluded our interview with <br />At approximately 0646 hours, DA Inv.
