Narrative: Narrative <br />WEDNESDAY: 11/04/2020 <br />02:47 <br />Detective Sergeant J. Rodriguez #2837 of the Santa Ana Police Department Homicide Unit called and <br />notified me of an in-custody death at the Santa Ana City Jail. He requested I respond and assist with the <br />investigation. <br />03:45 <br />I arrived at my work station within the Homicide Unit. <br />05::12 <br />Supervising District Attorney Investigator B. Tanner provided a briefing regarding the circumstances related <br />to the in-custody death. The decedent was identified as who was an inmate from the <br />Bureau of Prison and being housed at the Santa Ana City Jail. was the sole inmate inside the cell <br />where he was located unresponsive. I was assigned to respond to Orange County Global Medical Center <br />with District Attorney Investigator B.
