CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />B.Remove and replace, or repair damaged wood, finishes or hardware components. <br />C.Upon completion of installation, contractor to check for complete function of parts and finish. <br />D.Adjust doors, drawers, hardware, fixtures and other moving or operating parts to function <br />smoothly. <br />E.Contractor is responsible for the cleanup of interior finishes and surfaces and removal of all <br />cartons and packaging associated with this furniture. <br />F.Remove protective covering from finished surfaces. Wash and clean components. <br />G.Polish glass, plastic, hardware, accessories, fixtures and fittings. <br />H.Protect installed products, as required or needed, until completion of project. <br />I.Perform final walk-through with Project Manager, documenting acceptance of furniture, <br />installation and clean up. <br />EXHIBIT 1
