TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br />Cal OES may exercise its option to terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 <br />calendar days prior written notice. If at such time the Agreement terminates, Cal OES <br />and the Agency will mutually agree upon any pro-rated monthly reimbursement cost <br />due to CCII OES for services rendered. <br />8. NOTICES <br />All notices required by or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted in writing, via <br />electronic mail, and shall be sent to the parties of this Agreement at their email <br />addresses as set below unless changed from time to time, in which event each party <br />shall notify the other via email, and all such notices shall be deemed duly given upon <br />receipt of the notification. <br />9. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES <br />The authorized representatives during the term of this Agreement are identified in the <br />tables below. Changes to the Authorized Represenk>tives are allowed without contract <br />amendment via written notice to the representatives identified below.
