To ensure inclusivity and comprehensive input, the <br />City actively engages various stakeholders in the development process, including residents, public <br />members (including City staff), and private agencies providing essential services. These consultations <br />encompass. <br />• Health service providers, <br />• Social services for: children, elderly, disabled, homeless and persons with AIDS <br />• State and local health agencies <br />• Adjacent local governments <br />• Santa Ana and orange County Housing Authority. <br />The draft Action Plan, incorporating the City's proposed allocations of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds, <br />undergoes a thorough review process, open to public scrutiny for a period of 30 days.
