FY 2026-27 CDBG Program Funding Plan - Program Summaries EXHIBIT 3 <br />, - <br />Project Title <br />Organization <br />Description <br />Single -Family <br />CDBG funds will be used as a Grant to finance the rehabilitation of privately owned single-family rental <br />Housing <br />properties for residential purposes in accordance with Section 570.202 — Eligible Rehabilitation and <br />Rehabilitation <br />Habitat for Humanity <br />$500,000 <br />Preservation Activities. Funds will be used to rehabilitate properties to address code violations, potential code <br />Program <br />violations, or unsafe living conditions. The maximum amount of Grant funds available for any qualified property <br />is $25,000 unless approved by City Council.
