Um, went up the stairs in 3 Charlie <br />and started off on 3 Charlie from cell 25. ‘cause I usually go around <br />‘cause it’s all the way open and then go down the stairs once I’m done. <br />TOTH: Okay. <br />FERNANDEZ: Um, so I started upstairs in 3 Charlie 25 and went all the way, um, around <br />to 3 Delta. Where 3 Delta starts at 17 off on that side and, um… <br />TOTH: Okay. <br />FERNANDEZ: …just was doing my routine check. Um, I had my flashlight out, uh, ‘cause <br />most of the time the lights are off. So in order for me to see in the cell I <br />have to flash my light. <br />TOTH: Okay. So you’re doing your rounds. You get to, uh, 3 Delta 24. <br />FERNANDEZ: Yes. <br />TOTH: Okay. Do you recall if the light was on inside the cell? <br />FERNANDEZ: (SIGHS). I do not recall that. Um… <br />TOTH: Okay.
