Just take a moment. <br /> Yeah, let me… Let me interject real quick just for some quick clarification. <br />There’s been , uh, I believe a draft report authored by, uh, OFFICER <br />FERNANDEZ that indicated that she believes that she had turned the light <br />on in the cell after she’s able to finally gain entry but that was what she <br />recollected at the time and put down. During our video review she was <br />surprised and she’ll tell you as much that the light was already on. She <br />really did honestly believe she had turned the light on herself. <br />FERNANDEZ: Yeah. I-. <br /> Or perhaps maybe medical? <br />FERNANDEZ: Yeah. I couldn’t remember how the light got on in the cell. I just knew <br />that it was on because we were working on him and that was kind of… I <br />was like, I don’t remember turning on the light.
