Um, <br />but apparently it was already on. So that’s how I saw him and when I saw <br />him, um… When I looked the first time I, I took a second glance because <br />I…didn’t realize what I saw was true. And I immediately grabbed *** for <br />my radio, um, called for available officers and medical to respond for a <br />914 which is attempt suicide. At that time he was, um…had, um, sheets <br />wrapped around his neck. Um, and so I grabbed my keys to open the cell <br />door. I had to wait until somebody came to go, enter the cell. Um, <br />medical responded. Um, the nurse, uh, the RN was the first one duty. <br />Um, (SIGHS).
