BERRY <br />requested I respond to the Santa Ana Police Department to assist with the investigation. <br />At approximately 0547 hours, SAPD Sergeant JASON GARCIA conducted a briefing of the <br />known circumstances surrounding the incident. At the conclusion of the briefing, OCDA <br />Supervising Investigator BRAD TANNER assigned SAPD Detective FRANK GOMEZ and me to <br />conduct processing of the involved SAPD Correctional officers. <br /> At approximately 0730 hours, I witnessed Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) Forensic <br />Specialist BRETT DORETTI process and photograph the involved SAPD Correctional Officers at the <br />SAPD Facility. <br />Others present at the processing were as follows: <br />• FRANK GOMEZ Detective (SAPD) <br />• SAUL ESQUIVEL Detective (SAPD) <br />• JAVIER ACEVES Detective (SAPD) <br />• DAVID GOLDWASSER Law Offices of Charles Goldwasser APC <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT
