TOTH #366 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 01/18/2021 Date: 01/22/2021 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />The involved correctional officers were processed in the following order: <br />SAPD Correctional Officer CELESTE FERNANDEZ #3142 <br /> FERNANDEZ was wearing a long sleeve dark blue uniform shirt with Santa Ana Police <br />patches on both shoulders. A metal Santa Ana Police Correctional Officer badge was pinned <br />above the left shirt pocket and a metal nametag “C. GINNIS” was pinned over the right shirt <br />pocket. It should be noted that until recently, FERNANDEZ had the last name of GINNIS. Over her <br />uniform shirt, FERNANDEZ was wearing a dark blue uniform jacket with Santa Ana Police patches <br />on both shoulders. FERNANDEZ was also wearing dark blue uniform pants and black boots. No <br />visible damage was observed to FERNANDEZ’ uniform and she reported no injuries. <br />FERNANDEZ wore a Sam Browne duty belt with the following equipment attached to it: <br />• Radio holder with radio <br />• Flashlight holder with flashlight <br />• Handcuff case with one (1) pair of handcuffs <br />• Glove case with gloves <br />• Pepper Spray holder with pepper spray <br />• Key holder with keys <br /> DORETTI did not collect any items from FERNANDEZ. <br />SAPD Correctional Officer MARY VALENZUELA #2748 <br /> VALENZUELA was wearing a long sleeve dark blue uniform shirt with Santa Ana Police <br />patches on both shoulders. A metal Santa Ana Police Correctional Officer badge was pinned <br />above the left shirt pocket and a metal nametag “M. VALENZUELA” was pinned over the right <br />shirt pocket. VELNZUELA was also wearing dark blue uniform pants and black boots. No visible <br />damage was observed to VALENZUELA’s uniform and she reported no injuries.
