The following is a summary of the <br />interview: <br />At the time of the incident, CHAVEZ was employed as a firefighter paramedic with OCFA. <br />CHAVEZ had been a firefighter for thirteen (13) years and a paramedic for the last three (3) years. <br />CHAVEZ was assigned to OCFA Fire Station 19 but on this day he was working an overtime shift <br />at Fire Station 71. On the date of the incident, CHAVEZ partnered with the following firefighters: <br /> MICHAEL CHESNER OCFA, Firefighter/Paramedic <br /> BRETT CULP OCFA, Captain <br /> ZACHARY SHIRLEY OCFA, Firefighter/Engineer <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />INTERVIEW REPORT <br />
