The following is a summary of the interview that is <br />not verbatim or necessarily in order of the conversation, but organized for the purpose of <br />clarity. Refer to the audio recording for exact quotes, comments and statements. <br /> On Monday, July 2, 2018, at approximately mid-night, was working on Care <br />Ambulance #9571 as an EMT with his partner, . They received a call to respond <br />to 1020 West Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, to assist Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) Engine <br />#71 with a gunshot wound patient, later identified at TAYLOR.
