He switched with a police <br />officer at the scene . performed most of <br />the time but also operated the at the scene and in route to the hospital. <br />There were numerous police officers and police cars present. returned to the <br />ambulance to retrieve a back board. He noticed a lot of blood and a chest seal on the center of <br />TAYLOR’s chest, which was usually for a gunshot wound. He had attached to <br />him and a monitor. His was being monitored and there was a dressing on his left <br />arm for bleeding control. A tourniquet was applied to TAYLOR’s left arm. His breathing was being <br />controlled with a . An . There were <br />decreased lung sounds on the left side and a was performed. They <br />continued while TAYLOR was placed on the back board and then on the gurney. They loaded <br />the gurney into the ambulance and left with lights and siren activated for the hospital.
