Implementation Deadline: <br /> The GMS must be implemented, with complete functionality to replace <br /> existing system by a mutually agreed upon time: <br /> Neighborly Software has a proven implementation methodology that has been refined over <br /> the course of our many successful housing, economic and community development <br /> implementations. Our implementation cycle can range from as quick as 24 hours (COVID-19 <br /> Grants) to as long as thirty-two weeks depending upon the number of programs being <br /> implemented, the complexity of the programs and the responsiveness of our clients. Before <br /> starting the implementation process, Neighborly Software and the City will agree on a <br /> schedule that aligns with your program's needs. <br /> Deliverables <br /> The offeror will be required to provide the following deliverables in a series <br /> of six steps: Deliverable 1: Project Implementation Plan and Status Reports <br /> Deliverable 2: Business Needs <br /> Analysis Deliverable 3: <br /> Configuration and <br /> Customization Deliverable 4: <br /> System Testing <br /> Deliverable 5: System Implementation <br /> Deliverable 6: Annual Ongoing Delivery of Services <br /> The timeframe for provision of Deliverables 1 through 4 are negotiable. <br /> The system must be ready for implementation by a date determined by <br /> the City or as mutually agreed upon by the parties after the completion <br /> of Deliverable 1 through 4, with ongoing delivery of services spanning <br /> for the remainder of the term, including renewals. <br /> Deliverable 1: Project Implementation Plan and Status Reports <br /> The offeror shall develop and deliver a Project Implementation Plan and <br /> schedule to cover the period from contract execution through Final <br /> Acceptance of the System. The City expects the Offeror to deliver status <br /> reports and update this Deliverable on a weekly basis after contract <br /> award. Deliverable 1 and its execution must comply with standard <br /> acceptable project management protocols. <br /> Neighborly Software has a proven implementation methodology that has been refined over <br /> the course of over 600 successful implementations and we anticipate completing the system <br /> configuration —10 weeks for each phase.
