We recommend that the <br /> Steering Committee meet monthly to review project progress, resolve any open <br /> issues/risks and approve any change orders. <br /> Deliverable 2: Business Needs Analysis <br /> The Business Needs Analysis must identify the City's activities and <br /> OfFeror's services necessary to implement each requirement and <br /> component of the GMS and provide the City with a detailed <br /> understanding of how the GMS will be configured and integrated to <br /> meet system and services requirements included in this RFP. The <br /> Business Needs Analysis must identify implementation and <br /> enhancement options and identify the proper sequencing of activities. <br /> The Business Needs Analysis will provide the basis for the City's decision- <br /> making regarding each requirement, and the subsequent <br /> implementation activities. <br /> Technical Systems Requirements <br /> The Offeror shall gather and document detailed technical systems <br /> requirements for the system, and deliver a Requirements Validation <br /> Report addressing: <br /> a. Technical Design documents <br /> b. Functional Design documents <br /> c. Installation and Configuration <br /> d. Security requirements and approach for applications, data, <br /> and user access <br /> e. Performance Profile-includes number of users, <br /> concurrent users, number of transactions to be handled, <br /> etc. <br /> f. Hosting and Maintenance <br /> Beginning with production use of the system prototype, the successful <br /> offeror shall provide the agreed upon hosting and support Services in <br /> accordance with a Service Level Agreement that the City has agreed to <br /> and that must be included in their proposal.The City assumes that this <br /> NEIGHBORLY29 <br /> • <br />
