City of Santa Ana <br /> 25-CalHome-18740 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> ADU/JADU Programs (commencing with CalHome Program Guidelines <br /> section 405) for gap loans for ADUIJADU construction, reconstruction, <br /> repair, or rehabilitation to households at or below 80 percent of AM I. <br /> 7) 120 Percent of AMI Activities: <br /> Any of the foregoing activities may be operated and provided to <br /> households up to moderate incomes where the conditions of Health & <br /> Safety Code, section 50650.3, subdivision (g) are met. To qualify, a <br /> Household must be a victim of a disaster and must be located in a county <br /> where one of the following has occurred: <br /> (a) The Governor has proclaimed a state of emergency, pursuant to <br /> Section 8625 of the Government Code, resulting from a disaster, as <br /> defined in Section 8680.3 of the Government Code. <br /> (b) A special appropriation of federal emergency supplemental as <br /> instance or a presidential declaration of disaster has occurred. <br /> 5. Administrative Cost <br /> The maximum amount of Administrative Costs that may be drawn for each specific <br /> activity shall be set by the Department. Direct administrative costs are eligible expenses <br /> whereas indirect costs are not. <br /> A. Homeownership Development Project Loans <br /> The portion of the Homeownership Development Project Loan that is used to <br /> provide Mortgage Assistance will be converted to a Grant to the Contractor and <br /> the provisions of Section §402 of the 2024 CalHome Guidelines, including the <br /> provisions of Section §402.2(d) regarding administrative costs, shall apply to that <br /> Grant. The balance of the development Loan will be repaid to the Department. <br /> B. Sefl-HelpTechnical Assistance Project <br /> Administrative costs of providing Technical Assistance for the Project funded by <br /> the Department including, but not limited to, wages, salaries, and fringe benefits <br /> of clerical and management personnel and payment for rent, utilities, <br /> communications, printing, and travel expenses.
