Refer to <br />OCSD FR# 15-43742. <br />Weather and Lighting <br />The weather condition at the time of my arrival, 1430 horirs, was cloudy with a temperature of <br />approximately 69 degrees Fahrenheit. The winds were approximately 5mph from the southwest. This <br />information was obtained from tlie "Accuweather.com" website. The grorind within the scene was dry <br />-and the lighting was ample which was provided-by e sun. <br />Scene <br />300 Soutli Main Street Santa Ana, Ca is noith/south asphalt paved roadway. The city street is delineated <br />for 4 lanes of traffic with a center median. There are two laiies of travel for northborind veicle trayel <br />and two lanes of travel for southbound travel. Raised concrete curbs border the east and west roadway <br />edges. There is a mix of businesses and residential ui'ffts that line both sides if the streets. <br />The crime scene was identified by yellow police tape securing the east, west, north and south perimeters. <br />Tliere were Santa Ana Police officers positioned at the nortl'i and south perimeters and at the intersection <br />of Main Street and Pine Street. The sorith perimeter consisted of yellow crimes scene tape strung across <br />Main Street between Mill Bakery at 312 S. Main Street and Pomeroy's Muffler at 315 S. Main Street. <br />The noith perimeter consisted of yellow crime scene tape strung across Main Street from the sorith west <br />corner to the south east corner of Main Street and Walnut Street.
