Santa Ana PD 2015-06456: Crime Report by #2334 Page 4 of 6 <br />was stopped facing south in tlie #2 lane of sorithbound Main Street directly in front of 312 S. Main <br />Street. The engine of unit 859 was on and the overhead light were activated. <br />Santa Ana Police Depaitment patrol rinit #824/City ID #59927 further identified by license #1415403 <br />was stopped facing north in the #1 lane of southbound Main Street directly next to unit 859. The engine <br />of unit 824 was on and the overhead liglits were activated. <br />Santa Ana Police Department patrol rinit #899/City ID #1408786 further identified by license #140876 <br />was stopped facing north in the center median of Main Street directly next to unit 824. The engine of <br />unit 899 was on and the overliead lights were activated. <br />Santa Ana Police Department patrol rinit #864/City ID #59905 further identified by license #1408785 <br />was stopped facing noith in the #1 lane of noithbound Main Street directly next to rinit 899. The engine <br />of rinit 864 was on and the overhead lights were activated. <br />Santa Ana Police Department patrol rinit #853/City ID #59879 further identified by license #1363975 <br />was stopped facing north in the #2 lane of nortlibound Main Street slightly sorith of rinit 864. The engine <br />of rinit 853 was off and the overhead liglits were off. <br />Santa Aria Police Depaitment patrol unit #879/City ID #59924 fiirtlier identified by license #1415376 <br />was stopped facing north in tlie #2 lane of noithbound Main Street behind ru'iit 853. The engine of unit <br />879 was on and the overhead liglits were on. <br />There was one Santa Ana Police Depaitment motorcycle in tl'ie crime scene. Unit #701/City ID#59700 <br />fuither identified by license #33L30 was stopped facing nortli on the east sidewalk of Main Street <br />between 305 S. Main Street and 311 S. Main Street. <br />A white 2005 Toyota Tacoma 4 door truck bearing license plate # was stopped facing noith in <br />the #2 lane of nortlibound Main Street in front of 305 S. Main Street. There were keys in the igi'iition and <br />the engine was on. The Toyota truck was at rest along the east curb of Main Street fn front of 305 S. <br />-Main Street. The front driver's door wiiidow was shattered. T-he-front-passenger window was down.- <br />Tliere were two bullet holes on tlie rear tail gate of the truck. There were five bullet holes and one bullet <br />strike on the driver's side front and rear door. Tliere was a raised bullet impact mark on the roof of the <br />ttuck above the driver's seat. I saw blood splatter on the exterior of tlie driver's rear door. Refer to the <br />crime scene photographs for further details. <br />There was bloody clothing, a wliite cellular teleplione and a brown wallet on the groruid oritside tl'ie <br />driver's side of the truck. On the grorind rinder the truck in front of tlie rear driver's side tire, was a <br />Smith & Wesson model 6909, 9i'nm, semi-aritomatic handgun serial # Tlie gun had blood on <br />it. Tliere was a bullet on tlie groruid rinder the truck. There was a bullet in tlie bed of the truck. On tlie <br />grorind and sidewalk, tliere were seven.40 caliber caitridge casings. Six cartridge casings were stai'nped <br />"Winchester.40 S&W". One cartridge case was stamped "Honardy.40 S&W". There was one live.40 <br />caliber cartridge stamped with "Wincliester .40 S&W". These items were closest to unit #853. There <br />were five AR15 cartridge casings in a planter along the West side of Main Street. Tlie planter is west of <br />the west sidewalk of Main Street and nortli of the bakery at 312 S. Main Street. The cartridge casings <br />were stamped "LCI 1". Tliese items were collected by the Orange County Crime Lab. <br />A Colt AR15, serial # was inside the trunk of unit 859. The gun was in tlie safe position witli <br />the bolt forward in a black carrying bag. There were three magazines-inside the carrying bag.
