Cypress St. stated he lives in apaitment of 814 S. Cypress <br />Ave. apartment is upstairs and consists of a balcony on the east side of the building, whicli faces <br />out toward Cypress. The apartment is approximately 30-40 feet north of the parking lot. <br /> said he was inside liis apaitment wlien lie l'ieard two males arguing somewliere south of liis <br />apartment complex. Sliortly after tliey staited arguing, heard a single gunsliot coming from the <br />same area wliere lie heard tlie arguing. exited liis apartment onto his balcony and liad a clear view <br />of the parking lot. <br /> observed a male (Victim) subject "Struggling" with other male (Suspect) wl'io was liolding a gun. <br />The victim was standing beliind tlie suspect, witli his arms wrapped around the suspect. Tlie suspect was <br />holding the gun in his riglit liand and waving it aroru'id. They both staggered toward the soutli block <br />wall of the parking lot. Tl"ie victim contimied to struggle with the suspect up against the block wall. Tl'ie <br />victim was yelling, "Help, he l'ias a gun." <br />Tlie victim let go of tlie suspect and ran east, out of the parking lot. Tlie suspect held the gun up, <br />pointing it at tl'ie victim as lie ran. The victim ducked beliind a red car parked along tlie west curb on <br />Cypress, just soritl'i of apaitment complex. The suspect watched the victim witli tlie gun pointed <br />upward. said it appeared the suspect noticed people around watching liim, at wliicli point lie <br />tiirned arorind aiid fled westbound in the parking lot. <br /> said the victim came out from behind the red car and began yelling, "Block l'iim in." corild <br />not see wliere tlie suspect went or who tl'ie victim was talking too. <br /> Eloresdescribedtliesuspectas teror <br />sweatshirt with a tliin build. The Tacoma was parked 011 tlie noitli side of tlie <br />parking lot, just east of the speed bump. <br />A rove slowly and began passing tl'ie Tacoma. Before passing the Tacoma, A ieard a loud <br />gunsliot come from his left side. Immediately after hearing the gunshot, A aw two n'iale adults <br />staggering in front of him from behind the Tacoma. A aid lie observed one male (Victim) "Bear <br />liugging" tlie male witli tlie gun (Suspect).
