Tlie victim wasI yelling at saying, "Block him in." said he did not attempt to block the suspect in becarise lie knew the suspect had a gun and just shot at tlie victim. said tlie suspect drove up i onto tlie sidewalk and drove around him, then accelerated out onto Main St. I i Wlien it appeared everytliing was over, drove forward and parked liis vehicle in the area ofiC)where tlie Tacoma was parke ds then proceeded to complete his assigni'iient and painted over the,.graffiti on tlie block walls. After had le'Ji tlie scene, I called liim to check the tread of all his tires for a bullet casing tliat may liave stuck in tliem. checked the tires and stated there was no casing found.
