Carlson #2120, Location found: 315 S Main <br />Date collected: 03/1 1/201516:00 hrs. <br />Note:4 images of DVR unit <br />Narrative: <br />On 3-11-15 at approximately 1415 horirs, I received a phone call from Det. Diaz to go out to 300 S Main <br />St. to collect any video evidence from the surrounding area. I arrived at the location at 1430 hours. After <br />the debriefuig at 1540 hours, I went to 4 locations to attempt to collect video evidence. The video of <br />interest was at approximately 1300 hours on 3-11-15. <br />301 S. Main St <br />At 1535 hours, I went to this location and spoke witli told me that the video <br />system was not working and has not beei'i recording for over 3 months. I asked if I could see the system <br />to confirm the video system's status. allowed me to have access to the video system. The <br />system was a Swann DVR system with 3 video cameras connected to the DVR. There was no power or <br />power cord connected to the system and it was not recording driring the time of the incident. I shot 2 <br />images ofthe DVRui'fft. I le:[tthe location at 1543 hours. <br />315 S Main St (Pomeroy's Muffler) <br />At 1550 hours, I went to Pomeroy's Muffler at 315 S Main St. and met with <br />allowed me to have access to the video system. The system was a Generic DVR (no brand name) with <br />16 working cameras. I shot 4 images of the DVR unit. informed me that he did not think the <br />video cameras were recording onto the DVR rinit. I attempted to search the video content. I could not get <br />tlie system to respond by using a mouse connected to the system or by attempting to use the front keys <br />on the DVR unit. I tried plugging in a mouse from my kit, but I was unsuccessful in getting tlie DVR to <br />respond. I left the location at approximately 1600 horirs. I later informed DA Inv. Tabb and DA Inv. <br />Fulcher of my findings. I suggested that they have their video technician attempt to retrieve the video <br />information. <br />320 S.
