8anta Aria PD 2015-06456: Crime Scene Investigation Report by #2120 Page 3 of 3 <br />At approximately 1600 hours, I went to Med Men (Medical Marijuana) at 320 S. Main St. I attempted to <br />talk with an adult female at the business, but she was iu'i-cooperative and did not want to talk to me or <br />give me access to the video system. I waited for DA Inv. Tabb and Det. Beatley to interview the worker <br />at the business. DA Inv. Tabb was able to get some information from her but we were refused access to <br />the video system. We left the location at approximately 1625 horirs. <br />401 S Main St. Lucky Guys Burgers <br />At approximately 1630 hours, DA Inv. Tabb, Det. Beatley and I went to the Lucky Guys Burgers <br />restaurant at 401 S. Main St. DA Inv. Tabb interviewed about what he saw of the <br />incident and inqriired aborit the video system. told us that the video system was not set <br />up to view Main St. and was only set up to record the front walk-up counter and the back parking area. <br /> said there would not be any video showing Main St. or anything we would be <br />interested in capturing. We did not have access to the video system. We left the location at 1645 hours. <br />I continued searching the area with DA Investigators and SAPD Detectives before leaving the scene at <br />1712 horirs. <br />I uploaded the 6 images I took of the 2 DVR units into DIMS on 3-12-15. <br />http://ir2/Report.aspx?action=editreport&reportid=550000000000262094&userid=308 4/21/2015
