Present during the <br />Attorney Investigator Ryan Smith, Orange <br />Andrew Hayes, Forensic Specialist Rachel <br />Officers on the 3rd floor of the <br />processing was Orange County District <br />County Crime Lab Lead Forensic Specialist <br />Booth, Detective C. Achziger # 2978 and I. <br />1811 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Reserve Officer Edward Demarco #9093 was processed. Officer <br />Demarco was dressed in a Santa Ana Police Department issued blue police uniform <br />with Santa Ana Police patches on both shoulder, a metal Santa Ana Police Office <br />badge on his left chest and a black duty belt. <br />- - -L-F-S-H-ayes-examin-ed-C)ffi-cer-[)em-arco-'s-d-ep-artment-rgsue-d-Gto-c-k-2-2--.-40--cal-jb-er-- - - - <br />handgun with Serial # in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded with 1 <br />cartridge in the chamber and 15 cartridges in the magazine. The 2 additional <br />magazines Officer Demarco carried on his duty belt were fully loaded with each <br />magazine containing 15 cartridges. LFS Hayes also examined Officer Demarco's <br />back-up weapon, Glock 27 .40 caliber with Serial # which had 1 cartridge in <br />the chamber and 9 cartridges in the magazine. Officer Demarco did not carry a <br />Taser. <br />1825 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer Michael Gibbons <br />dressed in a Santa Ana Police Department <br />Police patches on both shoulders, a metal <br />chest, and a black duty belt. <br />#2990 was processed. Officer Gibbons was <br />issued blue police uniform with Santa Ana <br />Santa Ana Police Officer badge on his left <br />LFS Hayes examined Officer Gibbons department issued Glock 22 .40 caliber <br />handgun with serial #C in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded wit-h 1 <br />cartridge in the chamber and 15 cartridges in the magazine. The 3 additional <br />magazines Officer Gibbons carries on his duty belt were fully loaded with each <br />maga",-i-ne containing 15 cartridges.
