Santa Ana PD 2015-06456: Sripplemeiital Report by #2592 Page 8 of 9 <br />department issued Taser X-26 with serial # <br />1831 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer Eric Majors #2666 was dressed in a Santa Ana Police <br />Department issued blue police uniform with Santa Ana Police patches on both <br />shoulders, a metal Santa Ana police officer badge on his left chest, and a black duty <br />belt. <br />LFS Hayes examined Officer Majors department issued Glock 22 .40 caliber handgun <br />with serial #C in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded with 1 cartridge <br />in the chamber and 15 cartridges in the magazine. The 2 additional magazines <br />Officer Majors carries on his duty belt were fully -loaded with each magazine <br />containing 15 cartridges. LFS Hayes also examined Officer Gibbons department <br />issued Taser X-26 with serial # <br />1839 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer Jim Berwanger #200 1 was dressed in a Santa Ana Police <br />Department issued Motor Officer police uniform with Santa Ana Police patches on <br />both shoulders, a metal Santa Ana Police officer badge on his left chest, and a black <br />duty belt. <br />LFS Hayes examined Officer Berwanger's department issued Glock 22 .40 caliber <br />handgun with serial # 9 in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded with 1 <br />cartridge in the chamber and 15 cartridges in the magazine. The 2 additional <br />magazines Officer Berwanger carries on his duty belt were fully loaded with each <br />magazine containing 15 cartridges. LFS Hayes also examined Officer Berwanger's <br />department issued Taser X-26 with serial #X <br />- ----1-8-4T-H-ours. <br />Santa Ana Police Sergeant Donald Humphrey #2725 was dressed in a Santa Ana <br />Police Department issued police uniform with Santa Ana Police patches on both <br />shoulders, a metal Santa Ana Police officer badge on his left chest, and a black duty <br />belt. <br />LFS Hayes examined Sergeant Humphrey's department issued Glock 21 .45 caliber <br />handgun with serial #C in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded with 1 <br />cartridge in the chamber and 13 cartridges in the magazine. The 2 additional <br />magazines Sergeant Humphrey carries on his duty belt were fully loaded with each <br />magazine containing 13 cartridges. LFS Hayes also examined Sergeant Humphrey's <br />Taser X-26 with serial # <br />1855 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Officer Don Kozakowski #1888 was processed.
