LSF <br />Hayes also examined Officer Kozakowski's Taser X-26 with serial #X <br />1941 Hours: <br />Santa Ana Police Sergeant Richard Shin #2386 was dressed in a Santa Ana Police <br />Department issued police uniform with Santa Ana Police patches on both shoulders, <br />a metal Santa Ana Police officer badge on his left chest, and a black duty belt. <br />LFS Hayes examined Sergeant Shin's department issued Glock 21 .45 caliber <br />handgun with serial #C in our presence. The firearm was fully loaded with 1 <br />cartridge in the chamber and 13 cartridges in the magazine. The 2 additional <br />magazines Sergeant Shin carries on his duty belt were fully loaded with each <br />magazine containing 13 cartridges.
