FRAZIER Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 06/22/2015 Date: 07/08/2015 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />up truck stopped in front of his house, and numerous police vehicles stopped behind the truck. <br />saw a subject in the truck, but was unable to identify if it was a male or female. heard the <br />officers yelling to the subject, “Don’t move, don’t move.” After about 5 seconds, went back to <br />the rear of his house and then heard approximately 5 to 8 shots. A minute or so later, heard <br />knocking on his front door and police officers asking if he was ok. did not witness the shooting <br />incident, since he went into the back room of his residence. <br /> <br /> <br /> was at the laundromat at Main Street and Ritchey Street from approximately 1130 <br />to 1400 hours. When she returned home, she came into her house via the back alley and noticed the <br />police activity on Main Street. did not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> was in her kitchen when she heard someone yelling approximately 20 times to “get out of <br />the car” in both English and Spanish. then heard approximately 5 to 6 gunshots. After waiting a <br />couple of minutes, exited her home and went to the wooden fence in her yard that faced Main <br />Street, and looked to see what was happening. saw a subject on a stretcher being taken away by <br />paramedics and numerous police officers and vehicles. did not witness the shooting incident, <br />since her home is to the rear facing an alley. <br /> was with in the kitchen of their home when she heard yelling. <br />heard a single gunshot and approximately 1 minute later heard approximately 10 more gunshots in <br />rapid succession. Both and heard the yelling continue before the first shot, and <br />before the second round of gunfire. waited a couple of minutes, exited her home and went
