FRAZIER Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 06/22/2015 Date: 07/08/2015 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />to a fence to see what had occurred. observed a subject on a stretcher being treated by <br />paramedics, and number police vehicles present. <br /> <br /> No response at the time of our canvass. <br /> <br /> <br /> left her home at approximately 1100 hours, to pick up her children from Edinger <br />Elementary School, and did not return until approximately 1400 hours. did not witness the <br />shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> was in the alley just east of her home at Pine Street when she heard sirens. <br />heard approximately 6 rapid gunshots, so she ran into her home through the back entrance and up the <br />stairs. went to the window overlooking Main Street and saw a male subject lying in the street <br />and the paramedics were putting him on a stretcher, and taking him from the location. <br />observed numerous police officers and police vehicles at the scene, but did not witness the shooting <br />incident. <br /> was in her kitchen towards the rear of the apartment, facing south toward Chestnut <br />Street. heard sirens and looked out the kitchen window and saw several officers arriving on <br />Main Street, just south of Chestnut. also observed a large group of spectators forming at the <br />corner and officers telling them to get back. took some trash out of the rear of her apartment <br />and decided to look through a fence facing Main Street. saw several officers, walking with their <br />guns drawn, in a northward direction and she immediately heard numerous gunshots. ran back
