The following <br />interviews were audio digitally recorded: <br /> <br /> <br /> arrived at his residence after the shooting incident occurred. He did <br />not witness anything related to this incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On March 11, 2015, at approximately 1300 hours, was home inside <br />her apartment when she heard the sound of five gun shots coming from outside of her <br />apartment. did not go outside to investigate further. <br /> <br /> only spoke Spanish. SAPD Detective DIAZ assisted with translation. <br />On March 11, 2015, at approximately 1230 to 1240 hours, was home in her <br />apartment.
