She saw police cars and an officer putting <br />on a ballistic vest. Immediately following this, she heard the sound of five or six gunshots. <br /> did not go outside to investigate further. <br /> <br /> <br />On March 11, 2015, at approximately 1330 hours, was inside of her <br />house, to the rear of 301 South Main Street. She is the apartment manager for 301 South Main <br />Street. was notified by one of her apartment tenants that the police were on Main <br />Street pointing their guns at someone. She walked from her house to the front of 301 South <br />Main Street. When she observed all of the police cars on Main Street, she ran back to her <br />residence. <br />As soon as returned back to her residence, she heard the sound of one gun <br />shot. Approximately three minutes later, she walked out the north side of her residence <br />towards East Pine Street, and observed police officers putting on ballistic vests and running <br />towards Main Street. While was standing outside, she heard the sound of four or five <br />more gun shots. She ran back inside her house and did not witness anything further regarding <br />this incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On March 11, 2015, at approximately 1300 hours, was in her apartment <br />when she heard police sirens. She went to the front door of the apartment building and looked <br />down Main Street. She saw police officers pointing their guns at a vehicle stopped on Main <br />Street, south of their apartment building. She ran to house, located to the
