Wasn’t dark or black. <br />It was a midsize frame, it wasn’t anything large like a 1911 or full size. <br />Midsize, chrome silver, blue steel. <br />SMITH: Uh-huh. Um, when you made it up to that unit and you guys were <br />making these observation-, I should say you were makin’ these <br />observations, was there one officer that was giving…in charge of giving <br />verbal commands to the suspect in the vehicle? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yes. <br />SMITH: Who was that? <br />ENRIQUEZ: That was Officer GARCIA.
