Did he point or <br />indicate any, anything to you that you recall? <br />QUIJAS: Uh, on my way there I remember seeing that he had the vehicle, uh, and <br />we weren’t in each other’s eyesight at that point in time, but when I was <br />driving my vehicle, uh, South he was coming North…you know I vaguely <br />remember I don’t wanna give bad information but I vaguely remember <br />him saying unit that that car right there that’s the truck. Uh… <br />SMITH: Did you take that as being you that unit that he was describing… <br />QUIJAS: Correct. <br />SMITH: …or calling out I should say? <br />QUIJAS: *** I don’t remember seeing any other units, uh, in our direction. <br />SMITH: Do you believe at that time of that happen with the officer saying unit <br />going southbound is when you saw the suspect vehicle and the <br />description matching what you had heard coming out on the radio <br />earlier? <br />QUIJAS: Exactly.
