Can you describe them? <br />QUIJAS: Sure. Uh, my light bar on the top of my, uh, black and white police unit, <br />uh, so it has a steady red as well as the, uh, the white and blue you see in <br />the picture. <br />SMITH: Any siren activated? <br />QUIJAS: No. <br />SMITH: After you activated your lights he stopped his vehicle is that what you <br />said? <br />QUIJAS: Yes. <br />SMITH: How fast was he going? Was he kinda rolling forward or just driving <br />normal when you had red lighted him? <br />QUIJAS: Um, there…I do recall quite a bit of traffic, uh, on that particular street. <br />Main Street’s one of our main streets. (LAUGHS) For lack of a better term. <br />UNKNOWN: That was good name.
